Hit To Lead Services
Our San Diego research facility (ChemBridge Research Laboratories, Inc.) is focused on ultra-fast turn-around hit to lead libraries. The facility has the capacity to produce and deliver up to 40,000 compounds per year with a majority of the libraries produced in 1 week. Between March - June 2008, close to 90% of the libraries produced in San Diego were done in 1 week.

Properties

Some characteristics of our Ultra-Fast Hit to Lead Libraries:

	Library size is 50-500 delivered compounds
	Avg. passing rate is 65%
	Avg. number of steps done in parallel is 2 (range 1-5)
	Avg. µmol amount for delivered compounds is 25 µmol (range 3-50 µmol)
	All compounds are purified by HPLC
	All compounds are analyzed by LCMS/ELSD or UV Purity requirements are up to the client.
	Multi-step synthesis of intermediates in avg. 5 g amount (range 1-20 g) when required.
	Protocol development when required
	Library design is done by the client
	Templates provided by the client or acquired commercially
	Reagents provided or reimbursed by the client
